This opportunity is for a talented Marketing Professional who will create content from raw data, manage digital platforms, coordinate marketing materials, collaborate with vendors, and organize events. The role involves coordinating with local publications for print media coverage, working closely with the State Sales Manager, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative content from raw data collected by field team members, including agronomists and field assistants.
  • Develop content aligned with our marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Manage and upload content on various social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with agronomists to finalize marketing material content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate with vendors for marketing material design and production.
  • Plan and execute events within the state, promoting our products and services.
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure successful event organization and participation.
  • Work with local publications to secure coverage and advertisements in print media.
  • Develop press releases and other print media content in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing & Communication.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience, preferably in the Agri Industry.
  • Fluent in Marathi and Hindi, with professional communication skills in English.
  • Well-skilled in MS Office applications.
  • A proven track record of successful content creation and digital campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in coordinating with vendors and managing external relationships.
