We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our medical team in patient-centered services.

This role involves working closely with the surgeon in all aspects of patient care, from initial consultation through surgery and recovery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent medical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Consultation & Counseling
  • Review patient medical histories, summarize key findings, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide clear and empathetic counseling to patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and surgical plans.
  • Address patient questions and concerns, ensuring they understand the procedure, associated risks, and recovery process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college, with full registration under the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience; experience assisting in surgical procedures is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of medical and surgical procedures, instruments, and aseptic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address patient concerns and queries effectively.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in assisting with both minor and major surgical procedures.
  • Knowledge of pre- and post-operative care protocols and ability to educate patients effectively.
