As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of SDTM specifications that meet regulatory requirements, leveraging your expertise in automation tools and macros to optimize processes and streamline workflows.

With a deep understanding of CDISC standards and industry updates, you will design and implement robust solutions that adhere to global regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Study SDTM Programming efforts for regulatory submissions
  • Expertly utilizing BMS SDTM automation tools and macros for efficient programming
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and team members to manage project timelines and resolve issues
  • Providing technical oversight of CRO/vendor programming activities
  • Representing SDTM Programming function in Study team meetings and working groups

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • Over 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/CRO as a SAS Programmer, supporting clinical trials for regulatory submissions
  • Significant knowledge of SAS software and general computing
  • Expertise in CDSIC/SDTM and familiarity with global regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
