Seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion in the US staffing market.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy: Identify, target, and acquire new clients within the US staffing and recruitment space.
- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Leverage networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and participation in industry events.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and business value.
- Conduct client meetings to understand staffing needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets with a focus on sustainable revenue and client retention.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately for senior leadership.
- Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation:
- Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and pricing models aligned with client expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Delivery Teams:
- Partner with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure alignment on client expectations.
- Support candidate shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding processes as needed.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, competitor strategies, and client hiring patterns.
- Provide insights to help shape service offerings and improve market positioning.
- Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and deliver timely reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance.
