We are currently seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to lead our event planning and execution team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing various events from conceptualization to completion.

About the Role:

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, decorations, and logistics. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized event concepts that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute events of varying sizes and complexity
  • Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar software
