Senior Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent writing skills, and the ability to think creatively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic campaigns across multiple brands and industries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine campaign ideas.
  • Present campaign plans and scripts to clients and ensure that all creative work meets high standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on daily tasks and provide direction to junior creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and online news and trends.
Skills Required:
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose innovative, value-added strategies and presentations.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of junior resources and provide guidance as needed.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create content that appeals to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and ability to propose topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
