Civil Engineering Software Developer

About the Role:

As a Civil Engineering Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing software applications to improve engineering workflows. You will work closely with our engineering teams to assess software needs and enhance existing processes.

You will utilize programming languages such as Python, C#, and C++ to automate civil engineering tasks. Additionally, you will integrate and manage data within Civil 3D and Revit to support efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and debug engineering applications and digital workflows.
  • Develop and implement scripts and tools using Python, C#, and C++ to automate civil engineering tasks.
  • Analyze GIS data and develop custom tools and solutions to improve data management and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in programming, specifically in civil engineering applications.
  • Strong understanding of core civil engineering principles and design workflows.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and its API.
  • Experience with C# and C++.
  • Familiarity with Grasshopper and Dynamo.
