Key Performance Test Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to contribute to our organization's success.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the full lifecycle of services, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.
  • Support services before they go live through system design consulting, capacity planning, risk assessments, and launch reviews.
  • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.
  • Run continuous Improvement activities that improve service availability, recovery, efficiency, and performance.
  • Work with the team to implement highly available and scalable architectures for core and third-party components of the Service.
  • Implement metrics, monitoring, and incident response processes.
  • Align with/improve change management and capacity planning processes.
  • Monitor levels of manual effort and drive improvement through automation and stability.

Requirements:

  • A strong technical background with expertise in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like APPD, Grafana, Splunk, DevOps, and CI/CD is highly desirable.
  • A deep understanding of cloud-native services, including AWS Cloud and Harness, would be a significant advantage.
