We are looking for an AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent systems, AI-powered tools, and data platforms that enable ventures to scale faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

Job Description

As a skilled software engineer with a strong programming background, you will thrive on building, experimenting, and deploying real systems at scale. Your expertise in machine learning and AI frameworks will help us build robust pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build AI Systems: Develop end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment) using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems (structured + unstructured) that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment and Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

The ideal candidate will have a deep comfort with software engineering best practices, experience with ML/AI frameworks, knowledge of data engineering & databases, familiarity with MLOps and deployment, and hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
