Lead Data Scientist

The DS/AI Competency Center focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to drive end-to-end initiatives, analyze findings, draw conclusions, and make recommendations for enhancing business processes.

  • Run end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret findings.
  • Draw conclusions and make recommendations, including expected benefits and ROI measurement.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in Generative AI, with experience in NLP or multi-modal models.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, transform them into technical plans, process data, engineer features, evaluate models, and deploy solutions.

Azure cloud resources, Databricks, Docker, and Python proficiency are essential. Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts, business acumen, and creativity in problem-solving are also valuable skills.
