Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantitative Skills Trainer to develop and deliver interactive training sessions for students in mathematical aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lessons, preparing assessment materials, and mentoring students to enhance their problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Design and deliver interactive lessons on quantitative skills, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
  • Assessment Materials: Prepare practice exercises, mock tests, and lesson plans to evaluate student performance.
  • Mentorship: Provide personalized support to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
  • Progress Tracking: Assess student progress through evaluations and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Quantitative Aptitude Expertise: Possess a strong grasp of mathematical concepts and reasoning skills.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Simplifying Complex Concepts: Break down complex ideas into easily understandable sessions.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Display patience and understanding when mentoring diverse learners.
  • Competitive Exam Knowledge: Familiarity with CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc. is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate Degree: Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
  • Prior Experience: Preferably have prior experience as a Quantitative Skills Trainer/Faculty/Coach.
  • Strong Aptitude Skills: Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
