Job Title: Digital Experience Designer

We are seeking an innovative and user-centric Digital Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive digital experiences that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Principle: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency in branding, layout, typography, and design language across all digital touchpoints.
  • User Research: Conduct thorough user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions, developing user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows to enhance user engagement.
  • Visual Design: Design dynamic creatives for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications, maintaining a strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail in all design outputs.
  • AI Integration: Explore and utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows, creating visual references, idea mockups, and accelerating prototyping using AI-assisted tools.
  • Requirements: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and visual communication, strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, a portfolio reflecting strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and diverse work across platforms.
