Job Description\

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Manager to oversee our accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be capable of handling multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations in Zoho Books.
  • Handle multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
  • Manage cash flows and working capital effectively.
  • Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using Zoho Books or similar cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency in Zoho Books (or equivalent accounting software).
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
  • Familiarity with MIS reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques.
  • Ability to prepare accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
