Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Manager to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business analytics solutions to drive growth and profitability objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Modelling: Ensure the accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and effectively communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputed college.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably financial services, retail business.
  • Strong expertise in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, Gen AI, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).
