Job Description

A Basis Consultant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SAP systems. This includes installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3, and Solution Manager 7.2.

The role also involves expert knowledge of client copies and system copies, including performing tasks and troubleshooting issues.

Furthermore, the consultant will have working knowledge of S4HANA, including conversion, migration, and upgrade, as well as troubleshooting issues.

Ongoing responsibilities include managing SSL/SSO setup, certificate installation, and renewal, in addition to HA and DR setup and testing.

Beyond technical expertise, the Basis Consultant must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

This role requires the ability to handle customer calls and coordinate between various support teams independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of SAP systems.
