Job Title: Research Chemist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented chemist to join our research team. As a junior researcher, you will assist in the formulation and testing of new products or materials.
  • You will conduct laboratory experiments according to established protocols and safety standards, analyzing samples using techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, or other analytical methods.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, results, and observations, preparing chemical solutions and reagents as required for experiments.
  • You will also calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with internal safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and regulatory, supporting scale-up trials and process optimization efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory or R&D environment, preferably with knowledge of laboratory practices, chemical handling, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with analytical instruments and lab software is highly desirable, as well as strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
  • We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and take direction in a fast-paced research environment.
