About Our Team

Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining the financial planning and analysis function within our organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our business units have a clear understanding of their financial performance and are well-positioned to make informed decisions.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business units, as well as analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide financial planning and analysis support to business units
* Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
* 4-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
