Automation Test Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for mobile and web applications.

This role involves:

  • Designing and developing automation frameworks using Playwright or Cypress for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications.
  • Developing scalable mobile automation tests using Appium or native mobile tools.
  • Writing clean and maintainable automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Implementing Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) scenarios using Cucumber/Gherkin.
  • Integrating automated test suites into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience building automation frameworks with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on expertise in Playwright and/or Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Solid experience in mobile automation, preferably using Appium or equivalent tool.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
  • Proficient in writing BDD scenarios.
  • Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of REST API testing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
