Job Title: IT Asset Manager

  • Experience Required: 1.6 Years
  • Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Asset Manager to join our team in DLF Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and prior experience handling IT assets, IMAC processes, and reporting. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal IT and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to retirement.
  • Track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently.
  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using MS Excel.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and other internal teams.

Required Skills:

  • 1.6 years of relevant experience in IT asset coordination or management
  • Good understanding of the asset lifecycle process
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting)
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset
