  • Develop, Manage, and Oversee the Production Calendar: Ensure alignment with organizational timelines.
  • Coordinate and Execute End-to-End Video Production Logistics: Provide creative direction when necessary.
  • Manage Vendors: Serve as primary point of contact for contract negotiation, onboarding, and budget management.
  • Manage Production Equipment: Ensure its availability and functionality.
  • Facilitate Student Engagement: Ensure smooth coordination and participation during video shoots.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Film Production, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in Video Production: Proven experience in logistics and coordination.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to problem-solve in high-pressure environments.
  • Operational Efficiency and Creative Vision: Strong balance of operational efficiency and creative vision.
