Job Summary:

The SAP Cloud Architect Advisory is a high-level role for seasoned SAP professionals, responsible for crafting comprehensive landscape strategies on the SAP RISE Platform.

This position demands close collaboration with key stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop tailored architecture designs.

  • The selected candidate will guide customers through their landscape setup and provide expert assessments to clarify their to-be landscape vision.
  • This role involves extensive customer-facing interactions, including meetings, responding to technical inquiries, and presenting assessments.
  • As a technical architect, the responsibilities include scrutinizing bill of material accuracy, analyzing early watch reports, and sizing the to-be landscape for migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing Of Material Review & Analysis
  • Review technical accuracy of Bill Of Material to ensure that no outdated product versions are selected for building on the SAP RISE platform
  • Provide feedback to key stakeholders on Bill Of Material to confirm if selected products and versions are available for building
  • Perform technical validation of customer landscapes to verify product version build viability
  • Analyze Early Watch Reports & Technical Data to validate hardware selection/ sizing
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders on architecture, landscape, and to-be landscape design
  • Sizing the to be Landscape for Migrations
  • Customer Deal Support – Pre-Signature
  • Prepare Technical Assessments to discuss with Customers and explain about their to-be landscape vision
  • Conduct Technical Assessments with customers
  • Lead workshops with customers (networking, HA concepts, RACI reviews)
  • Customer Deal Support – Post Signature
  • Onboarding Questionnaire Support (assist customers with questions on onboarding)
  • Respond to customer inquiries relating to delivery
  • Provide key information during the sales cycle
  • Ensure seamless turnover to delivery of key items during the sales cycle
  • Address specific delivery-related questions from customers
