Job Title: Sr. Mern Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mern Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and data modeling. They will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON-based communication, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additionally, they should have strong problem-solving and debugging skills, as well as proficiency in version control systems like Git/GitHub.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
* Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalable applications.
* Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
* Work with databases (MongoDB) including schema design, queries, and performance tuning.
* Ensure security and data protection best practices in all applications.
* Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
* Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
* Proficient with MongoDB and data modeling.
* Experience with REST APIs and JSON-based communication.
* Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles.
* Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
* Understanding of deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

* Experience with Next.js or React Native.
* Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4 to 7 years of experience in software development.
