We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our audiovisual integration projects across the region.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee high-quality project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and technical excellence. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and handover AV integration projects from initiation to completion.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as primary contact for clients, maintaining open communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Coordination: Lead internal engineering teams, external vendors, and subcontractors during design, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and profitability analysis.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing AV integration projects, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • A strong technical understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing platforms, AV-over-IP solutions, control systems, audio DSPs, and display technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, project coordination, and client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP, CTS-D, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with global teams and international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT/AV convergence and enterprise AV standards.
