Seeking a Senior UX Designer to craft intuitive user experiences for B2B SaaS platforms and complex enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, leveraging data to drive design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, sketches, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Stay current with user-centered design trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers.
  • Present and articulate design rationale effectively.
  • Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across products.
  • Integrate concepts into various tools, including Miro and Google Workspace.
  • Utilize Figma and Sketch to create exceptional designs.
  • Manage UX project planning using Jira and Trello.
  • Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.

Requirements:

  • Strong interaction design, user testing, and research expertise.
  • Excellent attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and a diverse digital portfolio.
  • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with UX project management tools and basic knowledge of front-end development.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
