Key GRC Initiative Leader:

Grazitti Interactive seeks a seasoned professional to lead enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, aligning with ISO, NIST, COBIT, and other global frameworks.

  • Develop and execute GRC programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, CCPA, and ITGC.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead organization-wide risk management efforts, maintaining risk registers, and recommending strategies in line with ISO 31000.
  • Draft, implement, and enforce information security and compliance policies across IT and SaaS environments.
  • Establish, document, and monitor internal controls using COSO, COBIT, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Develop incident response plans, and lead resolution and documentation efforts.
  • Drive compliance awareness programs and conduct training on security standards and best practices.
