Production Leadership

As a seasoned production leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our solid-state battery cell production line. Your goal will be to optimize efficiency and yield while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management:
  • Lead and manage a team of production technicians, operators, and engineers responsible for cell assembly.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance cell performance, lifespan, and overall production quality.
  • Continuously analyze data from production lines to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Quality Control:
  • Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process, including in-line inspections and final product testing.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and specifications for solid-state batteries.
  • Analyze quality data to identify and address potential issues before they impact product performance.
  • Team Development:
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff on new technologies and procedures related to solid-state battery production.
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of solid-state battery technology, including the principles of solid electrolytes, electrode materials, and cell assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques such as roll-to-roll processing, laser cutting, and precision handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of electrochemical testing methods to evaluate cell performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing, with a strong focus on cell assembly processes.
  • Proven track record in managing production teams within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team and effectively collaborate with cross-functional departments.
