Job Title: Asset Risk Manager

About the Role

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for monitoring and managing risk across various portfolios. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain effective risk controls over sanctioned and disbursed portfolios using advanced monitoring tools
  • Analyze portfolio behavior and identify reasons for defaults at individual and segment levels
  • Suggest modifications in policies and programs based on portfolio trends and risk analysis
Portfolio Analytics & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards for delinquency, repayment, outstanding balances, disbursement, and sanction monitoring
  • Benchmark competition and industry trends to improve product frameworks
  • Derive and present analytical insights to support policy and decision-making
Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure credit policy adherence and perform hind-sighting analysis on policy implementation
  • Prepare and circulate audit findings and review notes to senior management
