Job Title: SAP FICO Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to spearhead finance transformation initiatives within our organization.

Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and rollouts, ensuring business alignment through strategic thinking and project leadership.
  • Collaborate with the FICO team on developing support models that align with business SLAs/KPIs.
  • Drive cross-domain integration of FI with PS (Project Systems), CO (Controlling), MM, SD, and PP, leveraging expertise in Finance, Controlling, and Product Costing.
  • Implement and manage Product Costing, including costing runs, material ledger, variance analysis, and integration with FI/CO, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and implement finance reporting strategies to support business transformation, utilizing hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and financial reporting tools.
  • Configure and support treasury, BRS, and APP functionalities, requiring strong knowledge of cross-module integration and project management experience with Jira and SAP CALM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10-14 years of SAP FICO consulting experience with multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Product Costing, with strong knowledge of cross-module integration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and financial reporting tools, as well as project management experience with Jira and SAP CALM.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver results, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
