Job Title: Digital Acquisition Specialist

We are a growth-focused marketing organization based in India. We are looking for an experienced media buyer or paid ads specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching the account/brand demographic and providing suggestions for ad copy, creative, and funnel structure. They will also handle client communication, perform A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ad performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Research the account/brand demographic to provide relevant ad copy/creative/funnel structure suggestions.
  • Client communication and confidence building.
  • Perform A/B tests to gather insights.
  • Follow a rigorous data-driven approach for making decisions.
  • Suggest and optimize for new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, improvements on landing pages, etc., with an aim to increase ROAS/conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new updates and industry changes to incorporate into our strategy.
  • Work closely with us and our brands to achieve target KPIs.
  • Write creative copies with a direct response focus.
  • Write and edit marketing copy with excellent grammar.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.
  • Managed a minimum of $25,000 in ad spend.
  • At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.
