Software Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Leader to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to lead and manage software development projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve software development processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software development aligns with business objectives.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on leadership roles.
  • Strong programming knowledge in Java 8 or above.
  • Experience working with Angular 2+, Git, Docker, SQL server, and Spring Boot.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Agile development experience, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Cloud computing experience, including Azure and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and delivery.
