Job Title: Security and Compliance Specialist – India (U.S. Hours)

Location: Remote (India)

Work Hours: U.S. Business Hours Reporting To: Security Manager - U.S. Based

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security and Compliance Specialist to join our global security team. This position is based in India and will function as an extension of our U.S.-based security team. You will be responsible for managing security processes, compliance-driven access governance, with a strong focus on automation and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Process Management: Manage security lifecycle processes, user access provisioning, and deprovisioning requests.
  • Compliance Governance: Execute and document periodic access reviews and entitlement audits.
  • System and Technology Management: Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 access controls.
  • Automation and Reporting: Build and maintain PowerShell scripts for security operations and leverage Microsoft Graph API for advanced identity automation.
  • ITSM and Workflow Management: Process and resolve security service requests via ITSM and follow change management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of direct experience in security engineering or equivalent security roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph API, and Active Directory administration.
  • Demonstrated experience managing security processes, compliance-driven access governance, and system and technology management.
