About this role:

We are looking for a talented Social Media Designer & Web Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating engaging visual content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital presence and brand storytelling, combining expert social media design with website management. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale the company's visual and digital identity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling, scroll-stopping social media posts, stories, reels, and campaigns across all major platforms.
  • Design Assets: Produce high-quality digital and print assets (social media graphics, event flyers, presentations, infographics, promotional materials) using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company website(s), ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Canva and Wix.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating platform-optimized content that drives engagement.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
