Sterlite Power is a leading player in the power transmission sector, and we are currently hiring for the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Location - Gurgaon, Haryana
Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs to ₹35 lakhs per annum.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Regulatory Affairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Job Description:
- Overall Responsibility: Overseeing site activities related to statutory clearances and ensuring timely availability of permissions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for obtaining regulatory permissions and clearances from various government authorities.
- Ensuring timely preparation and submission of applications for statutory clearances.
- Mapping inputs required from various interdependencies such as design & engineering, LiDAR allied survey, and projects team.
- Identifying interdependencies of various government authorities for liaisoning.
- Finalizing and confirming the checklist of documents to be submitted.
- Ensuring First Time Right (FTR) by providing all relevant documents & inputs for respective statutory clearances.
- Providing insight on time required for various permissions and helping in integrating with project timeline.
- Ensuring ROW clearance of all ongoing projects, preparing MIS, compensation trackers, and conducting monthly internal & external audits.
- Maintaining a central repository system of permission documents for knowledge management.
- Obtaining NOC of various permissions within the time frame as per L2 schedule.
- Preparing reports/lessons learnt project wise for critical permissions.
