About Our Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team as a senior member, responsible for providing technical direction and spearheading the development of machine learning solutions using emerging technologies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and lead project teams in breaking down business requirements into actionable work items.
  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning solutions, including configuration and integration, to meet business objectives.
  • Lead routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Deliver AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies for multiple products or complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in machine learning concepts and techniques, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, influencing others to adopt new perspectives and initiatives.
  • Craft and sustain technical outputs such as design documentation and representative models, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Design and develop control logic for end-to-end AI-based solutions, integrating various components and systems.
  • Lead the design and development of Proof of Concepts and complex AI/ML solutions, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Analyze and improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending policy changes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of experience in machine learning, especially in Recommender Systems, with a strong understanding of data processing and ML infrastructure.
  • At least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS and AWS SageMaker.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, and data modeling, with good-to-have skills in DBT, Spark, Airflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and Keras.
