Job Description
The Manager- Legal (IT Service / Product company Experience) will oversee all corporate legal matters within Mitsogo Technologies. This role involves advising the company on various legal issues, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters. The senior legal advisor will work closely with the executive team to protect the company's legal interests and align them with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's legal strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Oversee corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with local and international legal standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including customer agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and SaaS agreements.
  • Manage mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, conducting due diligence and overseeing legal documentation.
  • Protect intellectual property rights, advising on IP strategy and ensuring enforcement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and managing disputes.
