**Job Title:** Senior Manager-emerging Commercial Platforms

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transformation Initiatives team. As a key member of the IT Corporate Systems group, you will be responsible for driving change and improvement in our SAP Finance - Record to Report processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for transformation initiatives in 1ERP S4HANA.
  • Deliver enhancements through Change Requests and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Take a broad-based view of business processes across core functional domains for both US and global business entities.
  • Ensure the team delivers best-in-class out-of-the-box capabilities through planning, analysis, design, and leading delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Commerce or MBA in Finance.
  • Chartered Accountant and six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working closely with SAP Finance Process owners.
  • Experience working on at least three full life-cycle implementation projects, including at least two implementation experiences in S4HANA.
  • A good understanding of finance business processes at a high level and client interfacing experience.
  • End-to-End configuration skills in SAP Finance and Record to Report on S4HANA.
  • An extensive knowledge of Period-end closure activities and deeper understanding of all Financial statements and Reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and handle People management aspects.
