PCB Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer to create schematic and PCB layouts for automotive electronic products.

  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to develop schematics and optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
  • Maintain part libraries according to IPC standards, ensuring completeness and accuracy in design reviews.
  • Design high-quality PCB layouts, generate Gerber files, assembly drawings, and documentation for manufacturing, while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop schematics and conduct design feasibility studies to identify layout-related trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of PCB designs, working with vendors and manufacturers for PCB fabrication and assembly.
  • Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting to validate PCB designs, with experience in ORCAD and mid-senior level roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of PCB layout techniques, signal integrity, power integrity, thermal, and EMC/EMI considerations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Skills:

  • High-speed digital design and RF/microwave PCB layouts.
  • Impedance-controlled circuits, layer stack-up trade-offs, and panel optimization.
  • Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC 2221, IPC 7351, IPC 2152).
