Job Description:

About the Role
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all facility administrative activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule. This role will also involve attending Technical Team calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works, as well as coordinating with vendors for systems under warranty AMC.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks according to the PPM schedule
• Attend Technical Team calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works
• Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty AMC
• Monitor energy consumption readings and perform DG maintenance
• Troubleshoot and maintain all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders
• Support production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner
• Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like Trolleys, Cages, Carts
• Conduct regular checks on Fire Alarms and Fire extinguishers
• Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters
• Attend regular Electrical works, Height work, hot work permits
• Perform minor Civil, Plumbing corrective maintenance calls
• Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, RCA
• Update tools inventory
• Manage PPM schedule maintenance
• Take care of Soft services activities, i.e., Pest control, Housekeeping, Scrap, Garbage disposal

Requirements
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Controls, Instrumentation
