Electrical Engineering Specialist

As a skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in designing and optimizing electronic circuits.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs of electronic circuits and ensure accurate implementation.
  • Generate detailed documentation that covers design analysis, notes, and specific guidelines followed.
  • Architect and design high-performance/bandwidth circuits that meet product requirements.
  • Perform circuit analysis through simulation and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Ensure single-point responsibility in transferring schematic net-list design, ID, and ME design into the physical circuit design based on electrical considerations such as signal integrity, power integrity, ID, mechanical integrity, EMC-EMI, and safety.
  • Create and manage circuit documentation including fabrication and assembly drawings, Gerber files.
  • Coordinate and approve circuit layout to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and fabrication documentation, following revision control procedures.
  • Bring up and test of the circuits to ensure proper functionality.
  • Develop circuit concepts that are in line with products involving efficient manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Embedded System Engineering, ECE, or ETC.

Desired skills include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in using two or more circuit designing tools from the list given below.
  • Familiarity with KiCAD, ISIS, ARES, Allegro, or similar industry-standard tools.
  • Knowledge of circuit failure modes and reliability in extreme environments, with ability to resolve issues arising from these.
  • Excellent knowledge of circuit manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design fundamentals.
  • Strong logic/board debug, and analytical skills.
