Production Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Director to lead our module manufacturing team at SAEL. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to drive operational efficiency, quality, and performance.

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring performance, efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Foster a cross-functional team approach, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Quality & Maintenance Management: Develop a 'first time right' culture in process quality, improve equipment availability through autonomous maintenance, and ensure effective use of SAP for operational efficiency.
• Project Management: Lead plant-related projects, including upgrades, expansions, and technology enhancements, while coordinating with external contractors, vendors, and stakeholders as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Strong technical knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize energy costs and minimize downtime.
• Experience with project management, team leadership, and quality management principles.
