Google Workspace Specialist

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience working with Google Workspace, particularly in billing and administration. You will be responsible for providing top-notch communication and administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

We are seeking a seasoned specialist who can leverage their knowledge of Google Workspace to drive business success. Your expertise in this area will be essential in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong typing skills. They will also have a solid understanding of Google Workspace and its applications, as well as experience working with industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional communication and administrative support to our team
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations through efficient use of Google Workspace
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business outcomes using Google Workspace
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using industry-standard tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good typing speed (preferably 30-50 WPM)
  • 2-8 years of experience in Google Workspace (GWS) Billing or extensive experience working in GWS environment and understanding of associated billing
  • Knowledge on any industry-standard ticketing tool, ITIL framework, etc.
  • Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification preferred
  • Flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts
  • Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
  • Candidates must have registered EPs
  • Submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
