Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Program Management and online Retail. You will possess program management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution. Delivering solutions and programs that are technology-based, highly scalable, while maintaining customer and business partner focus is essential. The candidate will demonstrate a record of working with multiple teams and driving execution in high-volume operational environments. Leading strategically and tactically by diving deep into business and technical domains is crucial.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Effective networking and influencing partner teams without authority
- Overcoming unforeseen obstacles
- Passion for developing a deep understanding of the program, product, and ops excellence
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams
- Defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
- Driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Driving process improvements
- Stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
- Building processes, project management, and schedules
