Drive Analytics Innovation as a Technical Lead

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the development of advanced analytics solutions for our enterprise clients. With expertise in TIBCO Spotfire, this role demands a strong technical acumen, leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to collaborate across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy tailored Spotfire dashboards and analytics solutions that meet business needs.
  2. Collaborate closely with data engineering and business teams to define data models, transformation logic, and visualization strategies.
  3. Mentor junior developers, ensuring best practices in coding, performance optimization, and version control.
  4. Engage with business users, analysts, and senior management to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  5. Implement data integration workflows using Spotfire's scripting (IronPython, TERR) and automation services.
  6. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets and user bases.
  7. Maintain technical documentation, data governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Requirements:

  1. 7–11 years of overall experience in BI and analytics, with at least 5+ years in Spotfire development and architecture.
  2. Strong command over Spotfire features including custom expressions, calculated columns, data functions, and advanced visualizations.
  3. Proficiency in SQL or Python for scripting and data manipulation.
  4. Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and clients.
  6. Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
  7. Prior experience in leading teams and managing project deliverables in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
