Project Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating project data, analyzing performance metrics, and developing insightful presentations and reports.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project data in project management tools/software to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports for management review, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create dashboards and visual insights to track project progress, identify patterns, and forecast future outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, and the ability to present complex data in a simple and meaningful way.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
