Job Description

Nurture and convert qualified leads into paid customers by guiding students through the enrollment process, maintaining customer relationships, and executing targeted outreach to partners, influencers, and ambassadors.

This role involves driving conversions via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video; owning onboarding; operating in CRM with rigorous pipeline hygiene; conducting partner outreach; educating and guiding students; achieving targets; and reporting progress.

  • Drive Conversions: Convert inbound leads to paid enrollments via multi-channel communication.
  • Own Onboarding: Guide students through documents, timelines, and milestones; coordinate handoffs with operations.
  • CRM Excellence: Maintain a clean pipeline in Intercom (or similar) with activity logging and weekly reporting.
  • Partner Outreach: Conduct targeted outbound to generate referrals and co-marketing.
  • Educate & Guide: Clearly explain pathways, timelines, and expectations; handle objections.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly conversion and collection goals.
  • Report Progress: Publish weekly dashboards on response times, contact attempts, show-up rate, conversion, and revenue collected.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience: 3–6+ years in study-abroad/education services sales for the Indian market with consistent conversions.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in closing paid enrollments and meeting monthly targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Intercom preferred; HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, basic GA4 awareness, spreadsheets; comfort with call recording/QA.
  • Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages a plus.
  • Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with command of funnel math.
