Senior Cloud Engineer Position

We seek a seasoned Senior AWS Cloud Engineer with expertise in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps practices to lead the design and development of modern, scalable cloud-native systems on AWS.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure, reliable, and high-performing cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Lead implementation of containerized environments using Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift)
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CDK
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready, high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • AWS or other Cloud Certifications are a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in modern programming languages: TypeScript, Python, Go
  • Strong experience with AWS Serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda)
  • Deep understanding of AWS-managed databases: RDS, DynamoDB
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS EKS/ECS, or OpenShift
  • Proven CI/CD experience with tools like GitLab CI, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD

Should-Have Skills:

  • AWS networking: API Gateway
  • AWS storage services: S3
  • Exposure to AWS AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q)
  • IaC tools: Terraform, AWS CDK

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Connect or other Contact Center solutions
  • Use of HashiCorp Vault for secrets management
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud (Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with monitoring tools: Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic
