Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Analyst in our organization involves managing various aspects of financial operations, including trade support, loan settlements, and cash reconciliation. This position requires a high level of analytical skill, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with consistent deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Trade Support: Ensure accurate static set up of clients in Loan IQ system, including KYC checks, deal facility, and loan setup.
- Trade Closing: Manage trade closing, including trade booking in Clearpar, Markit, and Loan trade documentation process.
- Trade Settlement: Review trade documentation, pricing letters, and settle trades in Loan IQ, publish daily MIS reports, and investigate post-settlement issues.
- Loan Servicing: Manage loan servicing, including review of credit agreements, pricing letters, and servicing loans in Loan IQ, publish daily MIS reports, and resolve queries.
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduation degree in Finance.
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in operations, investment banking experience an added advantage.
- Night shift flexibility required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of LMA, Loan Market Association, and syndicated loan market.
