About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Operations Expert to join our Global Operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class Cleared Derivatives services to top-tier investment banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trade clearance & allocation, Reconciliations, Trade Break Management, Exchange Funding & Client Margining, Brokerage, Static Data and Trade Lifecycle Management
  • Working closely with onshore counterparts to establish strong relationships
  • Identifying process needs, putting strong controls in place, reviewing work and reviewing process-related documentations on a timely basis

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Loan syndication, CLO / CDO, asset administration
  • Min 3-5 years of experience on Reconciliation/investment Accounting/Trust Accounting/Fund Accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, Equities, MBS etc
  • Ability to multitask, excellent communication skills/personality for client interaction, Microsoft office literate
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
