Job Description:

We are seeking an Ebusiness Head to lead our online direct-to-consumer business and drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving digital customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer growth targets.
• Lead and manage ecommerce operations including website management, UX/UI optimization, digital merchandising, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
• Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Oversee the development of digital content, promotions, and product launches tailored to the D2C audience.
• Work closely with logistics and customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in ecommerce with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing D2C channels.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving digital customer experiences.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and digital marketing channels.
• Experience in the retail, consumer goods, or parenting/baby products industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
