">Job Description

As the Senior Director of Product Design, you will lead our product design team and drive the overall design strategy for our products. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both our internal teams and external users.

  • Design Strategy - Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.

  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Proven experience leading a team of designers who design and ship AI-powered products or features.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, operations, and internal sales/consulting teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies to a variety of audiences.
